Who operates this pilot

AndeGraze is a pasture planning and dairy simulation pilot operated by Francisco Mayol. For privacy questions or requests, contact fjmayol@gmail.com.

Information we collect and why

When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your Google account identifier, name and verified email address. We use these details to identify your account, maintain your session and associate saved scenarios with you. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Google Drive or your contacts.

We store farm parameters, locations, feed inputs, weather data and model results included in scenarios you choose to save. We use this information to provide the planning and comparison features you request. Other registered users cannot retrieve your saved scenarios through the application.

Cookies and sign-in

We use essential cookies to secure Google sign-in and maintain your session. The sign-in challenge expires after 10 minutes and the session after 7 days. Signing out invalidates your current session. Google may process browser and device information when its sign-in component loads, under Google's Privacy Policy.

Service providers and sharing

The pilot runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, which process hosted data and technical information needed to deliver and secure the service. Google provides authentication. Weather requests send the selected coordinates and requested dates to Open-Meteo; they do not include your Google account details or saved farm scenarios.

We do not sell your personal information or use your Google account data for advertising. Access by the pilot operator and service providers is limited to operating, supporting and securing the service, handling your requests, or meeting applicable legal obligations. Providers may process information outside your country.

Retention and your choices

Account details and saved scenarios remain stored until removed by the operator or the pilot is discontinued. Expired sessions no longer grant access and are removed during subsequent sign-ins. You can export your current scenario using the pilot's export tools.

To request a copy, correction or deletion of your account information and saved scenarios, email fjmayol@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity. Disconnecting AndeGraze in your Google account does not itself delete information already stored in the pilot; please also send a deletion request. Provider backups and security logs may remain subject to their retention procedures.

We will update this page and its date when the pilot's data practices change. Contact us with any questions before uploading farm information.
